"What are Plant Ranch plant-based proteins made from?"

Our seitan is made with a combination of high-protein wheat and garbanzo bean flours.  When available, our gluten-free products are created using Yuba, which is the skin that is skimmed off of tofu during its manufacturing process.


We use a proprietary three-step process to create a product that chews, looks and tastes like meat. We are the only producers of plant-based meat currently using this complex process. The result is a texture and flavor that is unmatched.

And of course, we use generations-old recipes to season and flavor our meats.
